Live-in Care
Live-in care is an excellent option when your care needs are increasing to an extent where you need support around the clock. By utilising our live-in care services, our carers can provide you with consistent and personalised care and provide support with daily tasks around-the-clock.
As a dedicated care option, live-in care is characterised by a carer moving in to live with you in your own home, providing assistance with daily tasks such as medication management, personal hygiene, and household chores. We also offer specialised care for those with dementia.
Personal Care
Our personal care services are customised to fit the specific requirements of each service user. We understand that everyone has distinct needs when it comes to personal care, and we work closely with our service users to meet those needs. Our services include bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting support. We also provide medication management and support with mobility and exercise. Our caregivers are trained to provide compassionate and dignified care, ensuring that our clients feel comfortable and confident in their own home.
Dementia Care
Dementia care is all about helping you or a relative to have the support they need to carry on living in their own home. Our carers always work to follow a routine that you’re used to and comfortable with, maintaining independence as much as possible, and always promoting the highest standard of care for the person they’re supporting.
Our Service Includes
Overnight care
Sleep over care provides reassurance that your loved one will be cared for whatever happens through the night. We enable the independence of remaining at home with the peace of mind that we are always on hand. Care is available 365 days a year and our Care Managers are always available to handle any emergency situations with our call-out service. Our care during the night is delivered as two options; either a sleepover care service or a waking night service. The cost of these two services differs.
Respite Care
Eland International Care offers in-home respite care services that help transfer care responsibilities in times of need. As a respite care provider, we ensure those who rely on care still receive the heartfelt helping hand they need when their current carer cannot be by their side. This can be regular home care visits or full-time respite live-in care. Our dignified, side-by-side support is personalised to each individual client, and recognises that a family carer and the person they care for have a special relationship, with their own routines and preferences that need to be respected. We work with the person needing care and their family carer to create a respite care plan to provide replacement care that everyone is happy with, underpinned by our values of maximising a person’s independence, choice and control.
